Vegetarian Summer Breakfast

Fresh juicy orangesThis one is pretty easy as well, it will take you no more than 2 minutes to pull together and will certainly keep you going until lunch with, maybe, a handful of nuts mid morning.

A glass of fruit juice

Some prunes or fruit salad with plain vegetarian yoghurt, you can of course substitute in regular yoghurt if you eat dairy.

1 slice of wholemeal toast with a teaspoon of jam or marmalade.
